What is required for a QLD Rental Water Efficiency Certificate?
Internal cold taps and single mixers must flow at 9 L/min or less, showerheads at 9 L/min or less, toilets must be dual-flush up to 6/3L, with zero leaks.
Can you make a rental water-efficient on the same visit?
