We called at 7pm on a Sunday night, Lewis (answered the phone, when multiple others didn't) and he ran through all of our options. We decided to wait until business hours, and then the fault seemed to fix itself so we cancelled the job. Lewis called us mid morning to check in and see how things were going, and we asked him to come out and assess the regulator as the gas connection had started playing up again in the morning. Lewis promptly fixed the problem, and also made time to replace the laundry tap for us. All up, great communication and follow through! Highly recommend 👍👍.
